Christy and Josey feeding our little orphaned deer Reuben, who was named after the girls grandpa, Reuben Welman Walker. He's the one that brought the deer to us.
We had a reputation for taking in stray animals, because we were constantly rescuing critters of all kinds, and mothering them to health and wholeness!
